Lisa Richart-Hernandez is a nationally recognized expert in deeded RV lot sales, bringing over 20 years of success in real estate and RV resort consulting. As the founder of View Properties and a multi-state licensed Broker-in-Charge, Lisa has closed over $200 million in real estate transactions and led the successful sales of over 85 lots in RV communities before a single lot was paved.
She has consulted with developers from raw land to ribbon cuttings, providing comprehensive guidance on lot layout, pricing strategies, investor decks, buyer profiling, and go-to-market campaigns. Her tiered consulting model has helped resorts streamline sales, increase revenue, and accelerate timelines from concept to closing.
Lisa and George's edge lies in their on-the-ground experience. They have traveled the country in their 40’ Tiffin Phaeton, staying at top-tier luxury RV resorts and gaining a first-hand understanding of what buyers want—and what makes a resort sell.
Lisa's firm, View Properties, specializes in RV resort real estate and marketing, offering brokerage services, sales support, and community branding. Lisa is also the co-host of the Loving RV Life Podcast with her husband George, where they shares insights from the road and the industry.
